FAQs

What is the lead time for custom orders?

Once the client has decided on which vessel they would like to use and approve the label it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete the order. Once the custom candles are poured we cure them for a minimum of 10 days to allow the wax and the oils to meld together properly.

Can I choose my own fragrance?

Yes. We will work with you to create a fragrance for your custom candle.

Do you offer bulk pricing for custom candles?

Yes, we do bulk pricing for custom candles but the prices will vary based on the cost of the vessel and labels for the vessels
